Abstract: Audiocassettes and transcripts of oral history interviews collected by students in Social Science courses taught by Alice Eley Jones at North Carolina Central University, Durham, N.C., 1990-1992. Interviewees are African Americans in North Carolina and other states. Interviews cover general life experiences and include discussions about race relations, civil rights, education, economics, social life, family life, and other topics.
