That’s interesting that he took alot of Miss NC photos – there are a number of unattributed Miss NC photos from the 1950s-1960s in the Cone Mills Corporation Records too (they commissioned the designer and provided the fabric for the winner’s ceremony gown and wardrobe) – I wonder if they were taken by McCauley?
