I'm not sure how to rectify the numbers...I'm in the 4th Congressional District (and I'm happy), but I also live in Cary, where I-95 South apparently ends and I-95 North doesn't exist. Maybe my adopted role as "Southern Missionary" to the Containment Area for Relocated Yankees (C.A.R.Y) is increasing our happiness factor ever so slightly?
