President Barack Obama will be at UNC on Tuesday, April 24. At 1 p.m., he will deliver a policy speech on student loans in Carmichael Arena. He will later tape Late Night with Jimmy Fallon at Memorial Hall.
Campus libraries will remain open during the president’s visit. However, the UNC Department of Public Safety warns of road closures, limited parking, and transit delays. Please plan accordingly.
The libraries expect to show streaming of the president’s policy speech at the following locations:
- Wilson Library – Pleasants Family Assembly Room (main floor)
- Undergraduate Library – Room 205
- Davis Library – Periodicals Reading Room (main floor)
