North Carolina author Tim McLaurin will be remembered with a symposium, film screening and music on Nov. 7, 2010, at 3 p.m., at The Barn at Fearrington Village in Pittsboro, N.C. Writers Clyde Edgerton, Lee Smith, Hal Crowther, and Jill McCorkle will be among those paying homage to McLaurin.
