- For all locations except Art, Music and the School of Government the normal size designations apply.
Folio: 30-39 cm. Folio-2: 40 cm. and above Inscribe Art monographs (NOCA) 34 cm. or larger with the art location, OVERSIZE, and call no. Do not inscribe Art books with Folio or Folio-2. DRA will display OVERSIZE in the public displays.
Art serials and Art theses have no OVERSIZE designations. (This is a revision of the 8/27/87 memo).
If you are working with a catalog record with copies for ART and other libraries (main or departmental), remember that copies for the other libraries are still inscribed with the usual Folio or Folio-2 designations.
For Music materials, Folio designation includes materials 32 cm. and above. There is no Folio-2 designation for Music.
- For School of Government materials there are no Folio or Folio-2 designations. Inscribe t.p. with call no. only regardless of size.
