Procedures for retrieving an authority record:

IN NETCAT

Title search: T=MARC working papers

Choose number of your title preceded by A, in this case: A1
The 680 note will be the last field on the record
010 number followed by /dav and the 680 field show that the record has been edited
if you have only c-refs from your title search, search by the referenced title

IN THE PUBLIC ACCESS MODULE

Title Search: T=MARC working papers

Your title will be line 1, the title with no numbering; choose A1
the 680 note will appear as a scope note under the title in the public display of the authority record
Type m to get the MARC formatted record
If you have only c-refs from your title search, search by the referenced title
