The story of a beautiful black slave who rises to power in the mining fields of Brazil as the mistress of the Portuguese governor. Based on a historical incident. An interesting import from Brazil but not especially memorable. With: Zeze Motta, Walmor Chagas, Altair Lima and Elka Maravilha.
