COMPLETIONS FUND (mcomp): used to complete sets and series where holdings are incomplete because items were missed in the past. Current items in series should be funded on a regular book fund, not on mcomp. mcomp is also used to complete serials backfiles when a new subscription is placed, unless the cost is prohibitive. Send recommendations for use of mcomp (temporarily) to John Rutledge.

REPLACEMENTS FUND (mrepl): used to replace materials that have been lost, stolen, vandalized, or worn out through heavy use. The item needs to have been in the collections before the request is made. Send requests (temporarily) to John Rutledge. If the item is out of print, Acquisitions will search for it. You may be asked to justify the item if the price is high.

PROCESSING FUND (pmono): used for books, CDs, manuals, and library tools necessary for the performance of library work. Apply (temporarily) to John Rutledge.

ADDED COPY FUND (maddc): may be used to acquire addied copies of items that enjoy heavy circulation (5-6 circulations per year) or where the anticipated level of circulation is high, e.g., a faculty author's work. Send requests (temporarily) to John Rutledge.
