• Across the hall from the Reference Department, in the Information Commons area,
• on the northern side of the second floor, behind the elevators,
• and on the fifth floor, directly across from the elevator bank.

University Guest Cards (copy cards) can be purchased from an automated machine on the main floor in the Information Commons area for $1.00. The dispensed card has no value when initially purchased. Money may then be added to the card.

Guest cards are accepted on all copiers. Coin operated machines are on floors 1(one), 2(two) and 5(five).

Equipment malfunctions and other problems should be reported to Photocopy Support Services (843-2035) or to the Circulation Desk. To obtain a refund, fill out a refund envelope available at the Tar Heel Teller and drop in campus mail.
