Davis Circulation-Book Recall Request Form

Use this form to recall a Davis Library book that is currently checked out to another patron. Please complete the form with the required information.

WAIT! Before you submit this form please check and make sure the book belongs to Davis Library and that the book is currently checked out. The book's status should show a due date (Example: "DUE 03-05-07").
 
Availability of a requested book can also be determined using the MyLibrary web page to view your account. This recall will be reflected on the MyLibrary page within 2 working days of the submission.

You will receive a notice when the book is available for you to pick up.
