International Plant Names Index (IPNI) - A database of the names and associated basic bibliographical details of all seed plants, ferns and fern allies.

Southeastern Plant Atlas - The goal of the NCU Flora of the Southeastern United States is to provide information on the collection records, ecology, geographic distribution, and taxonomic concepts of the vascular flora of the region.

Virginia County Atlas - A digital atlas of the Virginia flora.

Tennessee County Atlas - Information on vascular plants from the University of Tennessee Herbarium.
