LexisNexis Congressional
Comprehensive source of current and historical bills, testimony, and reports from the US Congress. Full-text items not available online, as well as other government information, can normally be found by coming to the Reference Desk in Davis Library, which is a regional Depository for United States Government Documents.

CQ Researcher
Presents relevant issues, background and chronological development, varying viewpoints, and bibliographies for current topics.

CQ Weekly
This is the pre-eminent resource for Congress-watchers who need non-partisan information on Capitol Hill. Its legislative news and analysis is consistently hailed for its accuracy and comprehensiveness.

American Factfinder
Provides US Census data from 1990 to the present. Access data from the Decennial Census (1990 and 2000), the Economic Census (1997 and 2002), Annual Population Estimates (2005- 06), Annual Economic Surveys (2003-05), and American Community Survey data as they become available.

GPO Access
GPO Access is a service of the U.S. Government Printing Office that provides free electronic access to information products produced by the Federal Government.

THOMAS: Legislative Information on the Internet
This site provides free access to a wide range of legislative information on Congress, including the full text of the Congressional Record and bills for the 101st to the present Congress, a directory of congressional committees and members of Congress, the weekly floor schedule for the House, and a schedule of daily committee hearings.

World Factbook
The World Factbook contains data provided by various components of the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Bureau of the Census, and the US Department of State.

Declassified Documents Reference System Online
This database enables users to examine documents originating from a wealth of U.S. government bodies and agencies, including Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Justice Department, National Security Agency, State Department, and the White House.

Digital National Security Archive
