Understanding Links

Links, or hyperlinks, are words or images that take you to different web pages when you click on them. When links are words, they are often underlined, blue, or otherwise distinguished from normal text. In this tutorial, for instance, links are in a different color than the rest of the text. You can always check to see if something is a link by positioning your mouse over the text or image. If the item is a link, the regular mouse arrow will turn into a small hand with the pointer finger extended. Roll over this page with your mouse to see if you find any links.
