Changing Text Size
On many web sites, you can change the size of the text to make it easier for you to read. To change the text display size in Internet Explorer, follow these directions:
- Use your left mouse button to click once on the View menu.
- Slide your mouse down until it is located over the line that reads Text Size. Another menu should slide out to the right.
- Slide your mouse over to the right and then down to the text size you need.
- Click once with your left mouse button.
The default text size is usually medium. You can make the text larger or smaller. You can go to the View menu and change the text size at any time.
You can also use the keyboard to change the text size. Hold down the control (Ctrl) key and press the plus sign (+) key once, and the text size should increase. To make the text smaller hold down the control (Ctrl) key and press the minus sign (-) key once. Try it now.
