From assuring access to resources and services to providing instructional support, the University Library can help provide a seamless research experience for distance learners and educators. reating an information-rich course can be a daunting task given the thousands of electronic resources, including books, journals, and databases, not to mention issues like scanning and copyright. Our staff will work with you to identify, customize, and integrate information resources and library services into your courses.
Contact us to confirm that distance students and faculty are entered into the library patron database. We will need names, PID numbers, addresses, email, and social security numbers. An online form will soon be available to facilitate this process.
Request a one-on-one consultation with a librarian to integrate reserve readings, journal articles, library tutorials, and other information resources with your Blackboard site.
The Library's e-reserve staff can scan, upload, and pursue copyright permission for your course readings. They can also make other course-related materials available. Learn more about e-reserves or contact us.
