From Raleigh and points east:
Take 1-40 West to exit #273B.
Take NC 54 West to Chapel Hill, which turns into Raleigh Road.
After going under the overpass, there is a visitors lot to your right.
It is located next to the southern entrance to the UNC campus.
After parking, walk west. Go past the cemetery, cross the street,
and continue past the student union addition. Go up the steps, and
Davis Library is located on your right, next to the main student union
building. The main entrance is from the plaza in front of Davis Library.
From points west on US I-40:
Take NC 54 East to Chapel Hill. (NOTE: The exit for NC 54 East is
just outside Burlington, NC.)
Exit at Columbia Street/US 15-501 and turn left onto South Columbia
Street.
Go south 1 block on Columbia Street and follow the traffic flow right
at Cameron Avenue and left onto Pittsboro Street.
Go past the Carolina Inn on your left and turn left onto Raleigh Road.
Continue on Raleigh Road, passing under two red lights. There is a
visitors lot to your left.

Davis Library is located on your right, next to the main student union

From the intersection of Franklin & Columbia Streets in Chapel
Hill:
Go south 1 block on Columbia Street and follow the traffic flow right
at Cameron Avenue and left onto Pittsboro Street.

From Pittsboro and points south:
Go north on Hwy. 15-501 and as you approach Chapel Hill cross over
Hwy. 15-501 By-Pass. Do not take the by-pass, but follow the signs
for Hwy. 86 North).
Go up South Columbia Street, past Manning Drive.
Take a right turn onto Raleigh Road.
Continue on Raleigh Road, passing under two red lights. There is a
visitors lot to your left.

and continue past the student union addition. Go up the steps, and
Davis Library is located on your right, next to the main student union
