| University of North Carolina at Chapel Hilll (NOC) Interlibrary Lending Policies |
Lending information is for the use/benefit of Library Staff of institutions who want to request UNC Chapel Hill materials for their patrons. (Individuals should contact the library that they are affiliated with to request interlibrary loan. Requests will be sent from your home library to our Lending Section.) The Health Sciences Library (NOH) and the Law Library (NDO) have separate Interlibrary Loan Services. Submit ILL requests directly to them, not NOC. |

| Scheduled reduction in services | Lending office closed most Federal holidays, November 26-27, 2009, and December 24-25 and 31, 2009.

| Non-Circulating Items | Honors Theses, NC Newspapers, Serials, Videos, CDs, DVDs, Rare Book and Special Collections materials |
| Loan Period | 6 weeks for most materials; others 2 weeks |

| Payment Information | OCLC IFM is preferred for payment. IFLA vouchers (1 1/2 vouchers for copy; 4 vouchers for loan) MasterCard or Visa. Checks must be drawn on an American bank in American dollars and must be encoded. International postal money orders must be drawn in American dollars. |
