Interlibrary loan (also called interlibrary borrowing) is a library service that students, faculty, and staff can use to request books or photocopies of articles from other libraries. You will need to login with your customized user and password to access this online form.

To submit a loan request, follow the Interlibrary Services link on the library homepage. The first time you use this service, you will need to register with your name, address, and other information.

Expedited service is available in cooperation with Duke University, North Carolina Central University and North Carolina State University. Requests that can be filled at one of these three universities take less time, about 2-4 working days. Other orders can take several weeks to fill, so it's a good idea to make your requests as early as possible.
