To open the Help Menu, just follow these steps:

1. Point with your mouse to the Help option on the browser's menu bar.
2. Click once with the left mouse button.
3. Slide the mouse down to Contents and Index in Explorer (or Contents in Mozilla Firefox).
4. Click once with the left mouse button.
