Search Engine Exercises

1. Click here to open Google in a new window.
2. Search for anything you're interested in (if you can't think of anything, try doing a search for oatmeal cookies).
3. Work on refining your search by adding ands and additional search terms (if you're working with the oatmeal cookies search, try oatmeal cookies and recipe).
4. Now try it with a different search engine and see if your results are different. Here are a few links to other search engines. They will open in new windows, and you can just close them when you're done by clicking on the X button in the top right corner of your screen.
