Each page of the tutorial will look something like this:

The main menu is at the top of each page. Notice that the section of the menu surrounded by the red oval is a different color than the rest of the menu. This shows you which section of the tutorial you are using. Whichever section you're in will be pink, while the other sections are dark blue.

There is also a menu on the side of each page. This menu shows you the different parts of the main section in which you are working.

Each of the main sections listed in the top menu and each subsection listed in the side menu is a link. This means that you can use your left mouse button to click once on the title of the section or subsection, and you will jump to that section.

The "back" and "next" that you see at the bottom of each screen are also links. When you click on these once with your left mouse button, you will go back one page or forward one page.
