To import references from IEEE Xplore into EndNote, first perform a search in IEEE Xplore and then follow these steps:

1. Click on Abstract to view the record you would like to export.

2. Click on Download Citation in the upper right hand side of the screen.

3. Select Citation or Citation with Abstract from the first pull-down menu.

4. Select ISI ResearchSoft (for EndNote, ProCite, Reference Manager) from the second pull-down menu.

5. Click on Download. The EndNote program should open and prompt you to select the library into which the reference will be imported. The reference will then be imported into EndNote.

Note: Each reference must be imported separately.
