If you have AOL Instant Messenger installed on your computer, simply add our buddy name, davisrefdesk, to your buddy list. If you do not wish to download and install Instant Messenger on your computer, you may use another version of Instant Messenger, AIM Express. This service allows you to create a screen name and to chat, without downloading any software.
Users can also use davisrefdesk to IM the librarian through Yahoo! Messenger and MSN Messenger.
If you do not use IM, you can chat with us through our Live Online Help service.
