The Documents Section in Davis Library has the complete set of the Congressional Record and its predecessors.

Congressional Record (1873 to present)
The bound edition is shelved in the documents stacks in the basement of Davis Library. Use the accompanying index for each session of Congress.

The last two years of the daily edition are shelved in the Reference Reading Room in Bay 10. Use the bi-weekly index or LexisNexis Congressional to look up debates.
