About Presidential Statements

When the President signs or vetoes legislation his remarks and written explanations are compiled and made available in the Weekly Compilation of Presidential Documents and the Public Papers of the Presidents of the United States.

Additionally, veto messages are printed in the Congressional Record, and are often printed as House or Senate Documents.
