If you are not affiliated with UNC but would like to use ArchivesUSA, a similar but less comprehensive directory is available for free online from the National Union Catalog of Manuscript Collections (NUCMC).

Like ArchivesUSA, WorldCat is a subscription service available to all those associated with UNC who have a valid PID Number. If you are not affiliated with UNC, check with your local library for availability of this catalog.
