LIBRARY INSTRUCTION REQUEST FORM
If you are an instructor with the English Writing Program and would like to schedule
a library instruction session, please complete the following form. If
you need to schedule a session for any other course, please use the
Library Instruction Request Form .
Once you have submitted the form, a library instructor will
contact you to confirm the date and time of the session and to discuss
what information resources might be most appropriate for your class. If you would
like to schedule more than one session, please submit a separate form for each.
Please allow at least one weeks's notice when scheduling a session.
