France Study Abroad Research Tutorial

About this Tutorial

The France Study Abroad Research Tutorial is a series of Web-based, self-paced modules designed to help you do research in and about France. The tutorial introduces you to some important search concepts and guides you in the use of the UNC-Chapel Hill library system and libraries in France.

The tutorial's modular design allows it to be completed in any order. It can also be used as a source of reference for any interested researcher.

The tutorial will be updated regularly. We encourage and invite all users to share their comments and suggestions for the tutorial and we look forward to hearing from you.

The tutorial was developed by Karen Sobel under the direction of Lisa Norberg, Director of Public Services and Kim Vassiliadis, Instructional Services. Many of the photos included in the tutorial were submitted by UNC students, faculty and staff to the University Center for International Studies (UCIS) as part of its annual International Education Week Photography Competition. Individual photographers are credited through the "hover" feature over the images themselves.
