If you have a citation to an article from an another source, like a bibliography, you can check to see if the libraries have the article in electronic format by clicking on the E-Journals tab.
In the search box, type the full title of the journal, or as much as you know, and click search.

When you get to the search results screen, make sure to check the Holdings to see if the publication date of your article is covered. Different sources have different coverage dates.

Note: A dash with no date following means that the journal is currently received.
