The Librarians' Association at UNC-Chapel Hill (LAUNCCH) asks you to reserve March 15 to attend the 2004 Annual Conference.

Reading rocks; reading soars. Reading moves communities to hold conversations; it moves universities to prepare the minds of learners for new and challenging ideas. Reading, exploring, advocating, and discussing books remains something librarians do. On March 15 we will bring together librarians, scholars, advocates, and readers to talk about the contemporary culture of the reader. Please join us.

• The Conference Committee is accepting applications to present posters at the March 15, 2004 conference. Posters may be on any topic related to the theme of the conference.

• The meeting will take place at the William and Ida Friday Center in Chapel Hill, NC.
