Empowering Voices: Communities Speak Out for Libraries and Libraries Speak Out for Communities

Molly Raphael, the American Library Association's next president, will present "Empowering Voices: Communities Speak Out for Libraries and Libraries Speak Out for Communities" on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus on Monday, March 28, 2011.

The presentation will begin at 5:15 p.m. in the Pleasants Family Assembly Room at the Wilson Library. A reception sponsored by the UNC at Chapel Hill School of Information and Library Science (SILS), the Librarians' Association at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (LAUNC-Chapel Hill) and the UNC at Chapel Hill Libraries will be held prior to the presentation at 4:30 p.m. in the Wilson Library Lobby.
