Conference Committee

Chairs: Roberta Engleman, Rare Book Collection and Joan Ferguson, North Carolina Collection

The Conference Committee plans and coordinates an annual conference on a topic of general interest of the membership.

Professional Development Committee

Chair: Donna Cornick, Davis Library

The Professional Development Committee collects and disseminates information about educational opportunities, meetings, conferences, and other matters which may be of interest to association members.

Professional Welfare Committee

Chair: Jean Blackwell, Health Sciences Library

The Professional Welfare Committee studies issues relating to clarification and improvement of the professional status and benefits of campus librarians.

Program Committee

Chair: Anita Booth, Davis Library

The Program Committee plans and coordinates programs including social events, September through May.

Publications Committee

Chair: Geneva Holliday , Davis Library

To publish and distribute the Librarians' Association Newsletter, and to be responsible for other publications of the Association as appropriate.
