Records of the Church of the Saviour, an Episcopal church in Jackson, N.C., founded before the Civil War. Included are financial records (treasurer's ledgers, check registers, bills and receipts, budgets, audits, records of contributions by members of the vestry, the chair of the Missions Committee, and others on behalf of the Church with the bishop and other members of the diocesan staff; items relating to the Church's physical plant (insurance, organ, stained glass windows); minutes of the vestry meetings; censuses and canvasses of the congregation; and some correspondence between the rector and the senior warden.
