Abstract Francis Warrington Dawson was the editor of the News and Courier, a newspaper of Charleston, S.C. The collection includes three letters from Captain W. H. Bixby of the United States Corps

Lewis M. Haupt to J. C. Hemphill on the Charleston harbor, 1892.
