Hall's correspondence for the thirteen months of his service was with constituents in the 12th district, lobbyists, fellow congressmen, and political leaders. It concerned veterans' pensions, Hawaiian statehood, social security provisions, tobacco quotas, taxes, labor legislation, and other issues before Congress.
