The collection includes miscellaneous papers of the Hathaway and Jones families of Edenton, N.C., including 17th- and 18th-century legal papers and bills, and a merchandise ledger, 1838-1839. Also available, on microfilm, are Jones and Reed family Bible records from Edenton and from Chowan and Bertie counties, N.C. Other items include a genealogical chart of the Hathaway line, clippings, photographs, and a photocopy of "Resolutions of St. Paul's Parrish" of Edenton, N.C., 1776.
