Scope and Content
These items are an assortment of menus from dining establishments in New Orleans, Louisiana; Richmond and Roanoke, Virginia; Sweet Springs, West Virginia; Atlantic City, New Jersey; New York City; and Brighton, England. One menu is a facsimile of the "first printed bill of fare in America," from Delmonico's Restaurant in New York City, 1834.
