Counties represented include Beaufort, Bertie, Bladen, Caswell, Chowan, Craven, Cumberland, Davie, Dobbs (1758-1791), Edgecombe, Greene, Halifax, Johnston, Lincoln, Martin, Mecklenburg, Orange, Perquimans, Rowan, Tyrrell, and Wilkes.
