Notebook of Henry M. Parker of Grahamville, S.C., kept while he was a student at Georgetown Academy, Washington, D.C., 1848-1849, and studying for the Presbyterian ministry at Columbia Theological College, Columbia, S.C., 1850-1851, describing his studies, reading, religious thoughts, and personal expenses; and the diary of his son of the same name, kept while he was a seminary student in 1873, describing some personal experiences, especially religious thoughts, and including notes on sermons.
