Archibald Henderson Scales (1868-1952) was a rear admiral in the United States Navy.

The collection is scrapbooks containing correspondence, pictures, and clippings documenting the career of Archibald Scales as a United States Naval Academy cadet, officer on active service, commander of the Great Lakes Training Station during World War I, and commander of the Naval Academy, 1919-1921.
