Included are The Woodings of Virginia (1935) about the descendants of Robert and Elizabeth Hill Wooding of Halifax and Pittsylvania counties, including their Taylor, Williams, Carter, Booth, Crews, Neal, Grasty, and Schoolfield connections; Landover (1947) about the descendants of Glover Davenport Gilliam (1800-1852) and Eliza Bolling Jones Gilliam, whose daughter Olivia Ford Gilliam (1844-1907) married Thomas H. Wooding; and a short genealogy of the Jones, West, Gilliam, and Wooding families.
