On 19 March 1887, the Beta Chapter of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity was reorganized, 21 years after it had been disbanded in 1866.

The collection includes an account of the reorganization, biographical sketches of members, constitution, by-laws, minutes of meetings, and financial records, and other records of Beta Chapter of Delta Kappa Epsilon.
