Papers of many authors with North Carolina ties are part of the Southern Historical Collection. Not all of these authors are natives of the state; some, such as Walker Percy and Shelby Foote, are graduates of UNC-Chapel Hill. Others like Paul Green and Clyde Edgerton are closely identified with their home state. This site provides images of some of these authors and access to finding aids to their papers at the Southern Historical Collection. Publications of these authors can be located by searching the Library's online catalog.
