Researchers may request photographic or digital reproductions of items held in the North Carolina Collection Photographic Archives (NCCPA). Order fulfillment consists of four steps: price quotation, payment, reproduction, and delivery.
Researchers may not copy material with their own camera equipment.
| BEFORE YOU ORDER |
1. Familiarize yourself with the conditions for use. 2. Review the reproduction charges and commercial use fees. |
| ABOUT FEES |
Reproduction charges are determined by two categories of fees: production costs and commercial use fees. The Photographic Archivist determines commercial uses fees, when applicable, which will be included in the price quotation. The total price quotation (production, commercial use, and handling fees) must be paid in full before an order can be started. |
| TIMING IS EVERYTHING! |
Work begins from the day NCCPA receives payment. Rush orders will not be accepted. |
| PAYMENT |
Currently accepted forms of payment include cash or check in U. S. funds. Credit cards, debit cards, or UNC One Cards cannot be used. University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Departmental orders may be charged to university accounts by supplying the following information:
