David Gergen, a leading political analyst and former adviser to four presidents, spoke at the University. The lecture, which was held in Hill Hall, was titled “Eyewitness to Power Leadership in America.”

The University Library’s Southern Historical Collection hosted “Southern Sources,” a two-day symposium to celebrate its seventy-fifth anniversary.
