The North Carolina Collection microfilm room is in the back of the Collection's reading room, on the second floor (the main floor) of Wilson Library. Microfilm reels are kept on open shelves, arranged by call number. There are two reader-printers, and six microfilm readers. Copies are $0.25 per page and the machines accept coins only. North Carolina Collections staff members are always available to assist in finding, loading, and printing from microfilm. Please note that all researchers using the North Carolina Collection must check backpacks, bags, and purses in free lockers just inside the entrance to the reading room. The NCC website at http://www.lib.unc.edu/ncc/ contains more information about using the library.
