You can IM a planning librarian during the following hours:

• Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
• For IM help on Sunday, send a message the Undergraduate Library Reference Desk at undergradref, or the Davis Library Reference Desk at davisrefdesk.

How?

If you have AOL Instant Messenger installed on your computer, simply add our buddy name, PlanRef, to your buddy list. If you do not wish to download and install AOL Instant Messenger on your computer, you may use another version of Instant Messenger, AIM Express. This service allows you to create a screen name and to chat, without downloading any software.
