The Chapin Planning Library offers several options for addressing your inquiries. Questions about hours and circulation can be answered by calling 962-4770. You can also receive quick responses to these and other simple questions by Instant Messaging the library at 'planRef' from 8-5 Monday through Friday. The librarian is available between 8 AM and 5 PM on weekdays for drop-in or scheduled reference consultations. Many questions can also be handled by telephone at 962-4770. You may also submit reference questions electronically by filling out the Ask a Librarian form or by directly emailing the librarian at lsdrake@email.unc.edu.
