The University Library no longer operates an in-house microfilming lab. Peer libraries and archives that have used this service in the past are encouraged to consult the web site for the Southeastern Library Network (SOLINET). SOLINET offers workshops for librarians managing microfilming projects and provides information about preservation microfilming, including names and addresses of qualified vendors. Colleagues are also welcome to contact Andrew Hart, Head of Preservation, in the University Library, ashart@email.unc.edu or 919-962-8047.
